On five stages, we will dive into embodied learning experiences. The following facilitators and speakers will inspire us, guide us into connection, help us build valuable knowledge and a critical consciousness and empower us to take positive action.

We gather in a safe, vibrant circle to explore the power of the stories we carry - those beliefs and patterns that shape our lives. Through reflection, creative exercises, and meaningful group sharing, we’ll uncover limiting narratives and learn how to rewrite them into new, empowering stories that serve our growth and the world we wish to create. Expect a blend of deep insight, connection, and practical tools for lasting change. Vishal is a storyteller, facilitator and a coach. He has worked with a range of individuals and organizations to harness the power of story to create meaningful change and connection. This workshop will happen in English.

How can we live our relationship authentically? What does it take to let go completely—and how can we create genuine harmony in our relationship instead of just trying to please each other?
In this in-depth relationship exploration, we’ll examine which needs in your relationship may currently be unmet and what you can do to (re)integrate them into your life together. We also lovingly and gently address the darker sides and blind spots, and discuss typical relationship patterns that we frequently see in couples therapy. Through introspection, conversation, and body-oriented methods, you can get to know yourself better within the context of your relationship.
This workshop is for greater self-awareness, the courage to change, and that wonderful feeling of love!
You can participate alone or with a partner or partners. It doesn’t matter what kind of relationship you’re in or what your orientation is. Even if you’re single, you can use this space to reflect on past or desired relationships.
Maximilian is a certified psychotherapist and supports people through couples therapy, sex therapy, and body-oriented psychotherapy in individual sessions, as well as through group seminars he leads with his partner under the name OASIS.

Let's play!
Dawn is a performer, theatre maker and a clown (on and off stage). In her workshop, we will play, fail, and explore together through games and clowning exercises, reconnecting with our inner fool and rediscovering playfulness, freedom, spontaneity, and presence.
Together we will let go of self-judgment and the pressure to “be” something, embracing failure as a source of joy, authenticity, and connection. By being fully in the moment together, we’ll open space for curiosity, surprise, and genuine connection and above all, we will have a lot of fun!

We will explore how gentleness, pleasure and detailed body awareness can be supported by your own unique breathing without 'pushing' and 'solving' but by 'softening' and 'sensing'. Playful and liberating on the one hand. Subtle and mystical on the other.

We come together in a collective space of slowing down, reconnecting, and being held - countering the exhaustion, isolation, and fragmentation produced by systems of oppression.
Grounded in abolitionist and decolonial perspectives, and inspired by practices such as "Rest is Resistance" by Tricia Hersey, this workshop explores rest not as withdrawal, but as a deeply political and relational act that sustains both individual and collective struggle. In a gently guided and participatory journey, we will explore how embodied practices can nourish resilience, deepen solidarity, and open space for radical imagination.
We will make use of check-in circles, somatic practices, guided rest, and reflective writing. There will be invitations to move, to pause, to listen inwardly and collectively, and to experience rest as a shared, supported practice. Together, we will co-create a safer space where different needs and rhythms are welcomed. Participants will have the opportunity to reconnect with their bodies, reflect on their relationship to rest and productivity, and imagine futures rooted in care, justice, and interdependence.
The workshop offers both a restorative experience and a political inquiry - supporting you to leave with a renewed sense of grounding, possibility, and connection to themselves and others.

Embark on a timeless journey of sound through the auditory universe of gong and leave everything else behind!
The tones of gongs reach us in a way that can guide us to other levels of consciousness. Detached from the constant stream of thoughts, they connect us with the natural rhythms of life and open the door to our deepest personal layers. The sounds activate our individual primal tone and bring us into harmony with our soul. The ocean of subtle sound vibrations washing over us c. We can let go of our familiar dimensions and experience an inner peace and stillness in which self-healing powers can be stimulated by releasing blockages. In the sea of sound, the tones of various gongs, similar instruments, and singing carry us through time in gentle rhythmic waves.
For many years, Rüdiger has been teaching yoga, meditation, and martial arts, and facilitating shamanic ceremonies. The common thread connecting all of this is sound - NADA BRAHMA. He is passionate about this with all his devotion, grace, curiosity, and enthusiasm. This is how his gongs sound. During the gong puja, we can experience ourselves in a state of sleep as if we were awake in our own dream (Turiya). Timeless in the Now...

Philipps work spans live performances, theater productions, music for art installations, scoring for big and small screens as well as audioplays.
Over the past decade, he has abetted and instigated numerous musical explorations with various musicians in and around his home base of Berlin. He has displayed his talents as a multi-instrumentalist, composer, arranger and producer on projects ranging from his first band Abby (later evolving into Gheist) to his longstanding alliance with Sascha Ring/Apparat.
In 2019, Philipp and Sascha were nominated for a Grammy for Best Electronic Album with Apparat’s LP5. That same year, their soundtrack for the Italian film Capri-Revolution earned them both a David di Donatello award and a Soundtrack Stars Award in Venice.
Amidst this thriving journey, Philipp found the time to record and release his debut solo album, ‘Birds Singing Till The World Ends’, in 2023, receiving international critical acclaim.
"I've always felt this klang, like a quiet force pushing me to create something raw and personal, then let it loose in the world. It’s been there for ages, just waiting, but I never had the blueprint. Now, it’s like everything’s just syncing up, flowing together in this effortless, almost surreal way.”
This year, Philipp unveiled his first full-length evening musical experience, transforming the vast halls of Mahalla with the visionary lighting sculpturers of Organysmo. His residency has now fully developed into a celebrated fixture of Berlin’s art scene, drawing large, enthusiastic audiences and blending sound and light into an unforgettable, otherworldly spectacle.
In 2026, Philipp will drop both his second solo album and A Hum of Maybe with Apparat, followed by an extensive concert series for both releases.
