Our Timetable is online!

Months and months of work are over and we are so proud to present to you our final program 2026!

Workshops

On five stages, we will dive into embodied learning experiences. The following facilitators and speakers will inspire us, guide us into connection, help us build valuable knowledge and a critical consciousness and empower us to take positive action.

Elizabeth Barragûan-Porras

Wild Cartographies: The Rite of the Untamed Body

Elizabeth Barragûan-Porras

Wild Cartographies: The Rite of the Untamed Body

English

Urban life shapes the way we sense, move, and relate to the living world in many ways. In this workshop, Elizabeth will take us on a sensory rewilding journey, rooted in embodied ecology - to renaturalize perception and restore relational reciprocity between body, spirit, and territory.

Through ecosomatic practices, ritual movement, and sensorial cartography, we soften conditioned patterns of attention and reawaken the body’s innate ecological wisdom. We will explore the body as living territory, which is capable of listening, remembering, and reconnecting with the more-than-human world.

Dive into direct sensory experience, ecological imagination, and embodied presence!

Elizabeth is a rewilding practitioner and EcoSomatic facilitator working at the intersection of ecology, biophilic artistry, and regenerative transformation, to reconnect humans with the living world.

Esh Loh

Rhythm is it: Interactive Body Percussion Experience

Esh Loh

Rhythm is it: Interactive Body Percussion Experience

English

We will explore rhythm as a form of awareness and human connection through body percussion, movement and conscious interaction. Using the body as an instrument, you will experience how rhythm can quiet the mind, sharpen focus and bring us into a shared state of presence and flow.

Together we create grooves, playful rhythmic patterns and collective resonance experiences that awaken joy, coordination and a deeper sense of aliveness. This workshop combines music, mindfulness and embodiment in an accessible and energizing way.

No musical experience is needed.

Esh is a musician, composer and founder of YOGA SPHERE, blending over 30 years of professional musical experience with 25 years of daily yoga practice to create multisensory experiences that inspire harmony, presence and human connection.

What if - moving beyond stereotypical gender roles and regardless of whether we are biological mothers and fathers ourselves - we could effectively feel, receive, give, and apply these universal principles within ourselves?

This workshop can bring about lasting change in your life. For the deeply rooted patterns, experiences, and resources of our inner children and adults have an enormous influence on how healthily we behave and experience ourselves in relationships, friendships, and communities. Felix’s ritual touches upon and transforms these.

We will consciously embody the archetypal qualities of care, security, responsibility, guidance, protection, freedom, etc. Integrating yin and yang is fundamental to every form of relationship, starting with a loving and powerful presence with what moves us in every moment and what we are ready to allow to become whole.

Felix is a certified integrative Gestalt therapist and Rebalancing bodyworker with nearly 30 years of experience in various healing arts.

Nora Brandt

Heimkehr in Deinen Schoßraum: Entfaltung Deiner weiblichen Urkraft

Nora Brandt

Heimkehr in Deinen Schoßraum: Entfaltung Deiner weiblichen Urkraft

German

Our womb is the sacred chamber where creation begins, the seat of our femininity, our intuition, and our power. Within it, we carry the wisdom of our ancestors and the collective unconscious, as well as grief, fears, and the burdens of past generations. The womb space contracts when feelings remain unspoken. It loses its radiance when we lose touch with our sensuality. It shines when we feel safe, seen, and honored.

In this workshop, we help the womb space reconnect with its original qualities of softness, safety, and strength. We release energetic blockages caused by heartbreak, trauma, transgenerational patterns, and unprocessed emotions. In a safe space, we connect with our innate power and create a circle where we, as women, support, empower, and nurture one another’s growth. Through breathwork, movement, meditation, channeling, voice, and dance, we facilitate a deep connection with and healing of our inner center of power.

When your womb space heals, your entire life begins to change. When your creative center is open, abundance flows. When you no longer carry what does not belong to you, joy returns. You feel lightness because your body feels like home again. You attract deep love because your heart and your womb space are in harmony. You emit a frequency that attracts what is truly meant for you. A healed womb space is a healed, free life.

Nora works energetically and intuitively, supported by the teachings of Tantra and the principles of energy medicine. She creates healing spaces for self-encounter through tantric rituals, somatic coaching, and aromatherapy. Her focus is on the expression of sensuality and a return to primal sexual energy. Through her work with archetypes and embodiment practices, she facilitates a reconnection with feminine or masculine qualities. She combines mindful touch with energy work and elements of Conscious Relating to foster greater love and connection.

Die Stimme: Klang der Seele

Bertolt (Aura of Indigo)

Die Stimme: Klang der Seele

Kontakt Impro: Forschungsreise Vertrauen & Loslassen

In this fully guided movement journey, we will explore what trust and surrender mean to you, how they feel in your body, and what wisdom may be hidden within your resistance.

The session includes elements of contact improvisation, mindful touch, and - if desired - working with blindfolds. Touch is free of sensual intent, and there will always be space for conscious consent and individual boundaries.

To help you focus on your natural inner impulses to move, the workshop will be held without music. People with and without prior experience in movement are equally welcome.

Paula is part of Pura Vida Core Team and coordinating the Art Installations presented on the festival grounds.

Manuela Bosch

Nordic Sweatlodge

Manuela Bosch

Nordic Sweatlodge

German, English

Our sweat lodge is a cleansing ceremony and prayer space inspired by an old Icelandic tradition that is preserved and taught in Klein Hundorf, Mecklenburg. The ritual is also informed by Indigenous American and contemporary European traditions.
In a dark prayer room made of branches and blankets, sitting on the earth and heated by glowing stones, we sweat in the steam. We pray inside what we call “the womb of the earth.” This direct contact with the elements — fire, water, earth, and air — supports a deeper connection with our body, emotions, and spirit. The lodge serves for purification, renewal, and the strengthening of our intentions.

Flow of the Ritual
At Pura Vida, the ritual begins with a moment of silence and the lighting of the fire, followed by a circle of names, an introduction to the ritual, and intention sharing. While the stones are heating, there is space for reflection, meditation, and singing around the fire. Before entering the sweat lodge, we bless the fire and the hut through a form of ritual dance. Then we enter the “womb.”
The sweat lodge consists of four rounds, though it is possible to leave earlier at any time if needed. We close the ritual with a short sharing circle before heading to lunch.

The Guide
This ritual is guided by Manu. Manu has been walking the path of shamanic rites for over thirteen years and has been pouring water in the sweat lodge since 2022, mainly in the context of Vision Quest work.

Registration
Please register at least 24 hours before the event. Space is limited to 15 participants.

Preparation
Please bring:
- two old towels
- a large filled water bottle
- optional fruit or nuts
- objects for the altar

You may enter naked or wear light cotton or linen clothing. Feel free to bring a rattle if you have one. We recommend entering the hut with an empty stomach, so please have no breakfast or only a very light one.

Who is this for?
Due to the intensity of the ritual (heat and darkness), it is intended for people who feel physically, mentally, and emotionally stable.

We aim to include diverse genders in our language and way of working.

Please buy a ticket for the sweat lodge on our ticket page and register at least 24 hours before the event! The space is limited to 15 participants..

Collective Flow Space

Lino Zeddies & Jan Hoorn

Collective Flow Space

German

What if you trusted the life within you - your perception, intuition, energy, impulses, needs, and boundaries? What if you allowed your aliveness to unfold in connection with others?

In this four-hour workshop, we open an experiential space for collective aliveness, regeneration, and emergent intelligence. We invite you to let pure life energy - la pura vida - flow together.

Why? Many social structures are based on control, disconnection and isolation. Systemic change requires a fundamentally new mode: people who are connected to their aliveness and guided by the intelligence of life itself. Exploring this mode together is the purpose of this workshop.

We begin with a connecting arrival and a brief framing: What do we mean by aliveness, regeneration, and emergent intelligence? From there, we move into an open experiential space, where anything may happen that feels alive and connected. Within this space, we sense into ourselves as well as into the shared field and express our impulses — mindfully, lovingly, and with respect for boundaries, nervous systems, and group safety. At the end, we integrate the experience together and gather insights for our everyday lives and work.

The workshop is open to anyone who longs for deep encounters with themselves and others and is able to take responsibility for their own experience within that process.

Lino is co-founder of Reinventing Society, author, and catalyst for a vibrant, regenerative society. He combines visions of the future, depth, and transformative practices to create spaces where new forms of connection, leadership, and social change can be experienced.

Jan facilitates change with a keen sense of people, processes, and what is seeking to unfold. He combines clarity, presence, and depth to create spaces where connection, growth, and new perspectives come to life.

In a world of constant noise, intuition is one of our most underused superpowers.

This workshop is a grounded, embodied exploration of intuition - not as something mystical or abstract, but as a practical inner compass for leadership, creativity and life decisions. Expect clarity, depth and simple tools to strengthen trust in your own inner knowing!

Nikki will help our bodies to land in the space before we dive into the question of what intuition really is, what it isn’t and why it matters now more than ever. Through a reflective practice she will guide us into reconnecting with intuitive signals in our body and practising deep intuitive presence with another.

We will leave the session clear and refreshed inner guidance for daily life.

Keynote: Towards a World Free of Systemic Oppression

n this keynote, Emilia Roig explores the interconnected structures of oppression through the lens of intersectionality. Drawing on concrete examples and lived realities, the talk sheds light on how systems such as patriarchy, racism, and capitalism reinforce one another and shape social injustice.

Participants will be invited to challenge and expand their perspectives, deepen their understanding of systemic inequality, and reflect on the role they can play in creating more just and inclusive societies.

Emilia Roig stands for radical change, justice, and the transformative power of love. As a political scientist, author, and thought leader, she has shaped the discourse on social justice, healing, and social change for years with her incisive analyses.

In her books and essays - including the bestsellers Why We Matter, The End of Marriage, Loving, and Dear Son: How to Save the World - she envisions new ways of living together: freer, more loving, more mindful, and for everyone.

She teaches at universities, speaks on stages across Europe, and, as an Ashoka Fellow and multi-award-winning catalyst, operates at the intersection of political change and personal responsibility.

We can’t wait to dive deep with her, take a closer look, challenge existing paradigms, and be inspired to contribute to a collective transformation!

Peacebuilding - The way of council

Council is a powerful communication tool that creates space for profound processes and insights.

With a simple and clear structure this practice can inspire us to maintain a mindful presence, listen to one another and speak as equals - whether in personal relationships and friendships, at work or within groups and organizations.

Drawing on the wisdom of the circle we share “uncomfortable truths,” and deepen our understanding of one another to grow and learn together. Like this, conflicts can be resolved constructively, while it is a lot of fun, also. Council is active peacebuilding.

Lucas is a facilitator of retreats, seminars and workshops focusing on connecting with nature, ritual work, dance, body awareness, personal growth and support in processes of transition and bodyworker based in Berlin.

Authentic Movement

Authentic Movement

What happens when we really show ourselves - without performance, without filter?

The Discipline of Authentic Movement, developed by Janet Adler, will help us practice exactly this. Not by forcing ourselves to "let go", but by learning to let things BE.

Together, we'll explore the power of being truly seen and learn to witness ourselves with the same compassion we offer each other. No music. No judgment. Eyes closed. We move what wants to move – nothing performed or planned – being witnessed by someone else.

We start slow, land in our bodies and build trust before entering that vulnerability. Every body is welcome. No prior experience necessary. Just openness and curiosity.

Melina is a certified Dance and Movement Therapist and Jivamukti Yoga Teacher in Berlin, facilitating Authentic Movement for 2 years.

We explore what it means to be present with ourselves and others through simple, guided practices combining mindful awareness, movement, and relational exercises.

We slow down and bring attention to the body, noticing sensations, impulses, and patterns in how we connect or disconnect. Through playful partner and group formats, we practice listening more fully, expressing ourselves clearly, and staying with what is actually happening in the moment.

The workshop is experiential and interactive, with minimal theory and a focus on direct practice. It draws on principles from mindfulness and authentic relating, offering practical ways to experience connection rather than just talk about it.

Mihaela will create a space that is light, respectful, and grounded, where you can explore at your own pace.

Earthships & Regenerative Building Culture

German

What if the house of the future already exists and has existed for 50 years?

In this workshop, we dive into the world of Earthships, nature based principles and regenerative building culture: an approach to architecture that works with nature instead of against it. We use earth, recycled materials, sunlight, and rainwater to create homes that give back more than they take. And even more regenerative culture starts before the first brick is laid, in the way we think, listen, and build together as a collective.

No prior knowledge is needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to imagine differently.

In this workshop, we explore the core principles of Earthship design and discover how surprisingly close they already are to the way many of us want to live. We'll find transfer hacks: small shifts in everyday life that move us toward a more regenerative way of inhabiting the world.

We also become the architects of our own futures: playfully designing regenerative communities and projects rooted in nature based principle. Bold, and grounded in what's actually possible.

Whether you've never heard of Earthships or you've been dreaming about them for years: this is a space to think bigger, feel into what's possible, and co-create visions of the places we actually want to inhabit.

Natalie is an organizational developer with 15 years of experience and a social architect who creates spaces for groups to connect deeply and thrive in living their purpose.

Ralf is an architect with more than 30 years of experience, working to drive ecological and systemic change so that future generations can flourish.

Your dream future space

What if your favorite place in the countryside became a vibrant space for living, working, connection, and community?

Johannes Milke is an ecosystem designer and one of the founders of our wonderful partner project and home location to our festival retreat: "Wir bauen Zukunft" is a place  of the future, with impact for the region and hope for the world.

In this workshop, he will give us insight in how to build future spaces. We will get to know the new impact criteria of the Netzwerk Zukunftsorte – the Germany-wide network for collaborative living and working spaces in rural areas. Using the concrete example of "Wir bauen Zukunft", we will explore how such a place is created and how it generates impact. Then, we will dream: in a guided vision journey, we will imagine our own place of the future… and develop an initial concept in small groups – concrete, creative, and aligned with the criteria that define outstanding places of the future.

This workshop is for people who already have a place in mind – and for everyone who is still allowed to dream.

The Untamed Body - Foundations of Somatics

English

How can we begin to relate to our bodies as allies? How do we notice tension, understand protective patterns, and reconnect with what is already alive within us?

In this workshop, Jette invites us to explore the body’s somatic intelligence, our capacity to sense, move, and relate to ourselves through embodied awareness. Together, we will look at how learned protection shapes the way we feel, think, move, and connect with others, and how these patterns can begin to shift through embodied practice.

The Untamed Body weaves together embodied inquiry, movement, breath, dance, touch, and shared reflection. It is not about fixing ourselves, but about listening more closely to what is already here - creating space for presence, expression, connection, and agency.

What to expect

  • Introduction to somatic foundations and embodied self-awareness
  • Movement, dance, and body-based exploration
  • Touch and self-touch as practices of regulation and co-regulation
  • Group reflection and intentional exchange

You, Me & Us – A Relationship Centered on Needs

German

How can we live our relationship authentically? What does it take to let go completely—and how can we create genuine harmony in our relationship instead of just trying to please each other?

In this in-depth relationship exploration, we’ll examine which needs in your relationship may currently be unmet and what you can do to (re)integrate them into your life together. We also lovingly and gently address the darker sides and blind spots, and discuss typical relationship patterns that we frequently see in couples therapy. Through introspection, conversation, and body-oriented methods, you can get to know yourself better within the context of your relationship.

This workshop is for greater self-awareness, the courage to change, and that wonderful feeling of love!

You can participate alone or with a partner or partners. It doesn’t matter what kind of relationship you’re in or what your orientation is. Even if you’re single, you can use this space to reflect on past or desired relationships.

Maximilian is a certified psychotherapist and supports people through couples therapy, sex therapy, and body-oriented psychotherapy in individual sessions, as well as through group seminars he leads with his partner under the name OASIS. This workshop draws on Max and Jarla’s many years of experience as workshop facilitators and couples therapists. They have been together for 14 years and have been parents for six.

Improtheater: Out of your head!

German

Improvisational theater is much more than just an art form.

It’s an attitude toward life and work. It invites us to let go of unnecessary control, to be fully present in the here and now, and to build trust with one another.

Through small, hands-on exercises, you’ll gain a vivid insight into the world of improvisation. It’s not about being funny or creative. It’s more about (re)discovering different facets of yourself, being present together in the moment, and experiencing a sense of ease.

Andi is an improv trainer and somatic coach, and has been hosting and performing on stage for over 15 years.

Rest as Resistance

Rest as Resistance

We come together in a collective space of slowing down, reconnecting, and being held - countering the exhaustion, isolation, and fragmentation produced by systems of oppression.

Grounded in abolitionist and decolonial perspectives, and inspired by practices such as "Rest is Resistance" by Tricia Hersey, this workshop explores rest not as withdrawal, but as a deeply political and relational act that sustains both individual and collective struggle. In a gently guided and participatory journey, we will explore how embodied practices can nourish resilience, deepen solidarity, and open space for radical imagination.

We will make use of check-in circles, somatic practices, guided rest, and reflective writing. There will be invitations to move, to pause, to listen inwardly and collectively, and to experience rest as a shared, supported practice. Together, we will co-create a safer space where different needs and rhythms are welcomed. Participants will have the opportunity to reconnect with their bodies, reflect on their relationship to rest and productivity, and imagine futures rooted in care, justice, and interdependence.

The workshop offers both a restorative experience and a political inquiry - supporting you to leave with a renewed sense of grounding, possibility, and connection to themselves and others.

Alice is a community organiser, feminist facilitator, dancer, and Art of Hosting practitioner, working across Europe to support deep systems change through participatory and decolonial practices.

Nada Brahma - Gongpuja

Embark on a timeless journey of sound through the auditory universe of gong and leave everything else behind!

The tones of gongs reach us in a way that can guide us to other levels of consciousness. Detached from the constant stream of thoughts, they connect us with the natural rhythms of life and open the door to our deepest personal layers. The sounds activate our individual primal tone and bring us into harmony with our soul. The ocean of subtle sound vibrations washing over us c. We can let go of our familiar dimensions and experience an inner peace and stillness in which self-healing powers can be stimulated by releasing blockages. In the sea of sound, the tones of various gongs, similar instruments, and singing carry us through time in gentle rhythmic waves.

For many years, Rüdiger has been teaching yoga, meditation, and martial arts, and facilitating shamanic ceremonies. The common thread connecting all of this is sound - NADA BRAHMA. He is passionate about this with all his devotion, grace, curiosity, and enthusiasm. This is how his gongs sound. During the gong puja, we can experience ourselves in a state of sleep as if we were awake in our own dream (Turiya). Timeless in the Now...

Open Stage - Creative Expression Night

English & German

The Open Stage is a community-held space for courageous expression. It is more than a performance, it is a field of support and connection. Whether through music, poetry, spoken word, movement or silence, you are invited to share what truly lives in your heart. All emotions are welcome here. Your voice has value. Your truth matters and it will be heard. We don’t perform to impress! We express to connect and find our way back home: to ourselves and to each other.

Anne is a trauma-informed embodiment coach and singer-songwriter devoted to creating spaces where people feel supported to express their authentic truth. Through retreats, group mentoring, open stages, singing circles and 1:1 work she supports others in reclaiming their voice and sharing their unique gift with the world. She believes that when we dare to live and express our truth without our old stories, we contribute to a more peaceful, connected and compassionate world.

Felix Leela Arun is a musician, facilitator, and space holder whose work bridges sound, body awareness, and emotional depth. He supports others in reconnecting with their bodies and accessing a deeper sense of presence and authentic expression. After rediscovering music through the handpan, Felix developed an intuitive and feeling-based approach to playing and teaching that goes beyond technique and invites a personal, embodied connection to sound.
