Application FormKomm als Volunter zu unserem Festival Retreat! Das 12-Stunden-Ticket für Freiwilligenarbeit ist eine gute Balance zwischen der Teilnahme an den meisten Aktivitäten und der Unterstützung des Festivals mit etwa 2 Schichten von 6 Stunden. Um als 12-Stunden-Volunteer teilzunehmen, einfach kaufe ein Freiwilligenticket für 229€ und nach dem Festival erstatten wir dir den halben Preis, sodass dein effektiver Preis 114,50€ beträgt. Das Gleiche gilt für das 24-Stunden-Volunteer-Ticket (außer dass wir dir alles erstatten, was du bezahlt hast.) Für jede Schicht, die du arbeitest, erhältst du außerdem 1 Essensgutschein. Campen ist in deinem eigenen Zelt.
Volunteering Areas:
- Registration / Welcome Desk: Welcome guests, scan tickets, hand out bracelets and parking sheets, guide guests to their accommodation
- Traffic Control: Manage vehicle flow and ensure safety on the access road to the festival
- Van Parking: Direct Camper Vans into orderly parking arrangement
- Car Parking: Direct Cars into orderly parking arrangement
- Camp Site Helpers: Direct tents into orderly arrangement and keep emergency paths clear
- Backoffice: Central operations hub — check-in and out of volunteers, manage food vouchers, general admin stuff
- Shuttle Bus Ticket Check: Scan tickets for the shuttle bus between Schwanheide station and the festival
- Shuttle Car / Springer: Flexible support role and emergency shuttle driving
- Backstage Bouncer: Check bracelets at the entrance to restricted areas
- Café & Indoor Bar: Serve coffee, soft drinks, and snacks at the Café
- Info Point & Merchandise: Answer guest questions, handle lost & found, sell merch
- Cacao & Outside Bar: Prepare and serve cacao drinks and alcohol-free beverages
- Family Space: Support the family space leads in running workshops and activities for kids
- Healing Space: Advise guests on practitioner sessions and receive their bookings
- Wellness Space: Maintain the sauna, fireplaces, foot bath, and cold plunge tub
- Stage Management: Support facilitators with workshops and technical setup
- Eco Pirates: Cleaning, sanitary maintenance, trash management (bonus: 15€ extra deposit back per shift!)
- Crew Kitchen: Prepare and serve meals for the crew
